Angelena was born, raised and educated in the Atlanta area. An Emory graduate, she started working for Dr. Antin part-time as an office assistant. She continued working at PACT through her undergraduate and graduate education, eventually becoming the Practice Administrator managing the business affairs and operations. She is an ardent supporter of the lives psychiatry has managed to enrich. In her spare time, she likes to read, run, and volunteer. Her favorite activity is working with her Therapy Dog, Manzur. If you are ever in the office, stop by to say hello to Angelena and Manzur!
Emily Childers Mitchell
Patient Advocacy Director
Emily joined our team in 2006. You can find her around the office wearing many hats. She primarily works scheduling new patients but also helps with many front and back-office administrative tasks.
Emily takes great pride in making sure that you have a 5-star first impression. She is a firm believer that one person can make a difference. When you first reach out to us, Emily will likely be your first conversation. She strives for you to feel that warm welcome into our practice. Feel free to stop by and say “Hi” as she does not often get to put faces with names.
Emily has lived in the Atlanta area for most of her life. She is married and has two children and the sweetest Rottie girl. In her free time, you can find her on the volleyball court or baseball field cheering on her two favorites. She also enjoys spending time with her people, all things music, Braves baseball and being on the volunteer team at her church.
